Cadara™, the company formerly known as National Care Systems, has appointed Marina Aslanyan as Chief Executive Officer. She takes the role as the business continues to widen its technology platform and work through its longer-term strategic plan.
Aslanyan brings more than 25 years of executive leadership across enterprise software and healthcare technology. Her career has been spent running high-growth organisations, pushing through operational change and tying technology strategy to measurable commercial results, a combination the company will lean on as it scales its platform.
She joins from SmartLinx, a workforce management technology provider serving skilled nursing and post-acute care organisations across North America, where she was Chief Executive Officer. Before that she was President of Altitude Strategic Consulting.
In her new post she takes charge of Cadara's long-term strategy, product innovation, customer success and commercial growth, carrying forward the company's stated purpose of helping post-acute organisations improve both operational and financial outcomes.
