IRADIMED CORPORATION, a leading provider of MRI-compatible patient monitoring and infusion systems, has appointed Joe Kiani to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Kiani is a globally recognized medical technology innovator and entrepreneur. He founded Masimo Corporation in 1989 and, as Chairman and CEO until 2024, grew the company into a worldwide leader in non-invasive patient monitoring technologies, particularly in pulse oximetry.
Currently, he serves as CEO of Willow Laboratories, a health and wellness innovator, and Like Minded Labs, a company focused on advanced video technologies. He also sits on the Board of CDX Medical Technologies, an early-stage respiratory care company.
With more than 500 patents and patent applications, Mr. Kiani is widely respected for advancing groundbreaking healthcare technologies and driving transformative growth.
At Iradimed, Mr. Kiani will serve on the Audit Committee and as Chairman of the Compensation Committee, helping to guide the Company’s strategy and strengthen its leadership in the medical device sector.
