Advita Ortho, a global medical technology leader, has announced key executive leadership appointments, naming Jeffrey (Jeff) W. Figg as Chief Financial Officer, Jorge Lopes as Chief Operations Officer, and Rebecca Young as Chief Human Resources Officer.

As Chief Financial Officer, Figg brings over 30 years of global finance leadership experience. He most recently served as Group CFO at Danaher Corporation, overseeing finance and accounting functions for major business units, including the Life Science Omics Group and High Growth Markets. He has also served as CFO of Pall Corporation, leading financial strategy for a US$3 billion business and supporting key acquisition integrations. His expertise spans global finance operations, margin expansion, and regulatory compliance.
Jorge Lopes, appointed Chief Operations Officer, brings more than 35 years of experience in the medical device industry. His background includes extensive leadership in supply chain, manufacturing, and product development. Lopes spent over 25 years with DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company, and later held senior roles at Olympus Medical and Argon Medical Devices, where he led large-scale operational transformation initiatives.
Rebecca Young joins as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in HR leadership. She has held senior roles at Profile Products, BrightSpring Health Services, GE, and Smith+Nephew, with a focus on driving cultural transformation and aligning workforce strategies with business goals.
