Gradient Denervation Technologies Appoints Stanton Rowe to Board of Directors and Receives FDA Approval to Expand Early Feasibility Study

Gradient Denervation Technologies, a Paris-based medical device company focused on ultrasound-based treatments for pulmonary hypertension patients with heart failure, has appointed Stanton Rowe to its Board of Directors.

Rowe, a seasoned medical device entrepreneur, has extensive experience developing innovative medical technologies, including his work at Nidus Biomedical and NXT Biomedical. He previously served as Chief Scientific Officer of Edwards Lifesciences and co-founded Percutaneous Valve Technologies, which developed the first transcatheter aortic valve replacement device.

The company also announced FDA approval to expand its PreVail-PH2 Early Feasibility Study based on promising initial results. The study, focused on patients with WHO Group 2 Pulmonary Hypertension, is currently enrolling participants in the U.S. and is recruiting additional specialized clinical centers.

These developments mark a significant step in Gradient’s efforts to advance its minimally invasive pulmonary artery denervation technology.
