Monogram HeaMonogram Health, a multispecialty provider of in-home, evidence-based care for patients with complex chronic conditions, has appointed James Lim, Ph.D., as Chief Technology Officer.
Lim brings nearly 30 years of technology leadership experience across healthcare, enterprise software, cloud infrastructure and AI-powered product development.
In his new role, Lim will work with Monogram’s clinical, operations and executive teams to scale and optimize technology supporting care delivery. He will lead enterprise technology strategy and implementation, overseeing healthcare data, AI-enabled clinical workflows, product engineering, cybersecurity and operational scalability.
Monogram currently diagnoses and treats more than 220,000 patients with complex, progressed chronic conditions across the United States. Technology forms a central part of the company’s approach to clinical quality, operational efficiency and financial performance.
Its proprietary Monogram Symphony platform integrates the AI-powered Clinician360 interface with a Databricks-powered analytics warehouse, Salesforce Health Cloud, Athenahealth EMR and Microsoft Azure within a HITRUST-certified architecture. The platform supports real-time risk stratification, AI-assisted clinical decision support, agentic scheduling, ambient documentation and longitudinal care management.
Since its founding, Monogram has invested nearly $200 million in technology to support evidence-based clinical interventions and help improve medical margin performance for health plan partners.
Lim joins Monogram following an extensive career scaling technology platforms in regulated and high-growth environments. Most recently, he served as General Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he led the development and launch of two industry-specific product portfolios spanning healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing and operations.
His experience in cloud technology, AI, healthcare and enterprise platforms is expected to support Monogram as it expands its technology infrastructure and advances data-driven, technology-enabled care for patients with complex chronic conditions.
