Gardner Health Services has confirmed Guillermo Viveros as its President and Chief Executive Officer. A Federally Qualified Health Center delivering primary and behavioural health care across Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties, it places Viveros in full executive charge of a USD 100 million operation.
The appointment formalises a role he has already been carrying: Viveros served as Chief Financial Officer and, more recently, as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer.
His corporate grounding is in finance. He was Senior Finance Director at TiVo and spent 11 years at Juniper Networks in senior finance posts covering corporate FP&A, the security business unit, and service, support and operations. He began his career as Treasury Manager at Hewlett-Packard and Senior Staff Consultant at Accenture.
Viveros holds an MBA in finance and international business from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
