In her new role, Dr. Mani will shape the company’s clinical strategy and support initiatives focused on improving healthcare experiences, outcomes, and affordability for members and clients.
Dr. Mani joins Quantum Health with extensive experience in population health and value-based care. Before joining the company, she led initiatives at Humana and LifeBridge Health, focusing on healthcare quality and cost performance. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she chaired Maryland’s Task Force for Vulnerable Populations, overseeing statewide strategies aimed at supporting high-risk communities.
Throughout her career, Dr. Mani has worked with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem, including health plans, health systems, and community organizations. She began her medical career as a practicing cardiologist in Danbury, Connecticut, with the Western Connecticut Health Network, where she also led the cardiology fellowship program and Women’s Cardiac Program.
Dr. Mani earned her medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital and her Cardiology Fellowship at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital.
Her appointment follows Quantum Health’s recent leadership changes, including Jamie Hall’s expanded role as Chief Commercial Officer and Dr. Daniel Stein’s expanded role as Chief Strategy Officer. Dr. Mani’s appointment adds further clinical leadership as the company builds on its physician-first navigation model and recent acquisitions of Embold Health and CirrusMD.
