HeartBeam, Inc., a medical technology company pioneering breakthrough solutions in cardiac diagnostics, has appointed Chief Executive Officer Robert Eno to the Company’s Board of Directors, expanding the board from eight to nine members.

This strategic addition reflects HeartBeam’s continued momentum toward commercialization of its transformative 3D ECG technology.

Eno joined HeartBeam as President in January 2023 and was named CEO in October 2024. With more than 30 years of experience in the medical technology sector, he brings a strong track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies and building scalable businesses. His leadership has been central to HeartBeam’s efforts to revolutionize cardiac care through precise, personalized diagnostic insights.

Under Eno’s guidance, HeartBeam achieved a major milestone with FDA clearance of its patented 3D ECG platform in December 2024. The innovative system captures cardiac electrical signals in three non-coplanar directions and synthesizes them into a 12-lead ECG - offering physicians a new level of diagnostic capability. The company submitted its 12-lead ECG synthesis software to the FDA in January 2025 and anticipates commercial launch upon regulatory clearance.

In preparation for market entry, HeartBeam launched an Early Access Program aimed at refining clinical workflows, establishing operational readiness, and building a robust early adopter base. The appointment of Eno to the Board ensures alignment between executive leadership and strategic oversight as HeartBeam accelerates toward market expansion.

Before joining HeartBeam, Eno served as CEO of Preview Medical, a company advancing AI-powered diagnostic solutions for solid tumors. He has also held key leadership roles at HeartFlow, OptiMedica, NeoGuide Systems, and Avantec Vascular, where he led product launches and market development initiatives in cardiology and diagnostics.

Eno holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA with Honors and Distinction from Stanford University.
