Wandercraft Launches the World's Groundbreaking Self-Stabilizing Exoskeleton

Wandercraft, the innovator behind the world's groundbreaking self-stabilizing exoskeleton aimed at restoring mobility to individuals with walking disabilities, has announced the official launch of commercial operations in Germany. This exciting development coincides with the delivery of two Atalante X exoskeletons to two renowned institutions Vivantes Klinikum Spandau in Berlin and Schön Klinik Bad Aibling Harthausen near Munich. Both these institutions are recognized for their expertise in neurorehabilitation and hold prestigious status as academic centers of excellence.

The delivery of these two exoskeletons to Germany marks the commencement of the EarlyExo study. This study, scheduled to initiate recruitment of 66 patients at both clinics in September, seeks to demonstrate the efficacy of integrating the Atalante X exoskeleton into standard clinical rehabilitation for patients experiencing severe hemiparesis (1-4 months post-stroke), comparing its performance to conventional rehabilitation methods.

This expansion into the German market follows Wandercraft's strategic efforts to expand its commercial presence in key European regions like France and Spain, as well as the Americas. Utilizing its robust engineering expertise, Wandercraft has successfully developed the Atalante X, the world's first self-stabilizing walking exoskeleton that closely mimics human walking, enabling users to move autonomously in various directions without the need for external support. Already adopted by numerous hospitals and healthcare facilities across Europe and the USA, Atalante X is revolutionizing rehabilitation practices for individuals with mobility limitations.
