South Australian Government Invests $320.8 Million in the Development of the New Mount Barker Hospital

As the area continues to expand, this development will play a crucial role in supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community.

Features:

The expansion plan involves increasing the inpatient capacity from 34 to 102 beds, with a focus on enhancing specialist services in maternity, pediatrics, rehabilitation, medical, surgical, and palliative care.

Additionally, 35 new consultation rooms will be created to support community and allied health services, Aboriginal health, and medical outpatient care.
