Introduction
Parkview Health has started construction of a new full-service hospital and medical office building in West Lafayette, Indiana, marking a major investment in healthcare infrastructure for Tippecanoe County and surrounding areas. The approximately $200 million development is being built near N 100 W and Kalberer Road on land acquired from the Purdue Research Foundation.

The new Parkview Health hospital will span nearly 200,000 square feet and is being designed as a full-service healthcare facility to provide a wide range of medical services under one roof.
The hospital will include up to 40 inpatient beds, a 24/7 emergency department, surgical and procedural services, speciality care, laboratory and diagnostic imaging facilities, and comprehensive outpatient services.
The campus will also feature a neighbouring medical office building that will provide primary and speciality care to local residents.
In addition, the hospital has been planned with dedicated space for future expansion, allowing Parkview Health to increase its services as demand grows.
The new facility is expected to strengthen access to emergency, inpatient, surgical and speciality care while reducing the need for residents to travel outside the West Lafayette area for essential medical services.
The development is also expected to support the local economy by creating approximately 250 healthcare jobs and contributing to the long-term growth of healthcare infrastructure across Tippecanoe County and the surrounding region.
