Kettering Health to Invest Over $25 Million in Greene County Facilities

Introduction:

Kettering Health has announced plans to invest more than $25 million in Greene County, Ohio, to enhance healthcare access and patient experience. The investment includes improvements at Kettering Health Greene Memorial and the construction of a new health centre in Xenia.

Features:

Kettering Health Greene Memorial will receive over $15 million for exterior updates and campus improvements aimed at enhancing the patient experience.

Visible construction and upgrades to the campus are expected to begin in the coming months.
In addition, a 24,000-square-foot Kettering Health Xenia Health Center will be built at the REACH site in Xenia. Construction is scheduled to begin this spring.

The new facility is part of a broader strategy to expand access to care and address the primary care shortage in Greene County.

These investments are designed to create modern, safe, and patient-focused environments, allowing care teams to collaborate more effectively while improving overall service quality.

The projects are part of ongoing development in 2026, with phased completion expected as construction progresses across both sites.
