HCA Houston Healthcare Invests $100 Million for the Construction of New Patient Tower

HCA Housten Healthcare announces for the construction of new patient tower for the needs of the people.

Features:

The new patient tower will include several important additions, such as an expanded Central Sterile Processing Department (CSPD), a 22-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit, and a 31-bed Medical Surgical Unit. 

There is also potential for further expansion of the tower in the future to accommodate the hospital’s long-term growth needs.

The 22-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit will focus on providing specialized care to patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or illnesses.

 It will offer a range of rehabilitation services aimed at helping patients regain independence and enhance their quality of life.

The new 31-bed Medical Surgical Unit will create a supportive and healing environment for patients in need of medical and surgical treatment. 

This added capacity will support the growth of the hospital's critical care services within the original facility.

The new patient tower construction is expected to be completed by 2026.
