With over 25 years of leadership experience across sales, operations, and commercial strategy, Gibbs brings a proven track record of driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and team alignment.
His career includes impactful roles ranging from Plant Manager to Vice President of Sales and Operations, where he led successful initiatives in change management, production expansion, and service delivery optimization.
Most recently, Gibbs led U.S. operations at XSYS Global, a major international supplier to the packaging and printing industry. There, he strengthened customer engagement and implemented strategic improvements to increase responsiveness and operational performance.
Gibbs holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and an MBA, blending strategic business acumen with a people-centered leadership approach. In his new role, he will oversee all facets of ulrich medical USA’s operations, with a focus on accelerating innovation, expanding market presence, and delivering high-quality solutions to spine surgeons and patients nationwide.
