Mobile Heartbeat® and Akkadian Labs Announce Technology Partnership

Tuesday, April 18, 2023

Mobile Heartbeat, a leading company in clinical communication and collaboration, is thrilled to announce its new partnership with Akkadian Labs, a developer of unified communications (UC) provisioning automation solutions. Through this collaboration, MH-CURE® seamlessly integrates with Akkadian Provisioning Manager, enabling zero-touch provisioning for users.

With the API Triggers feature, MH-CURE users are automatically provisioned, streamlining UC workflows. For instance, when a new user is onboarded into the Cisco Collaboration UC platform, Provisioning Manager can be configured to add an MH-CURE account for the employee, resulting in time and cost savings while ensuring consistency.

This technology partnership empowers healthcare enterprises to efficiently manage moves, additions, changes, and deletions (MACD) for various communication and collaboration solutions. By automating these tasks, UC administrators can focus on more strategic projects, reducing repetitive manual work. "At Mobile Heartbeat, we prioritize time-saving and reducing friction. Integrating MH-CURE with Akkadian Provisioning Manager allows IT teams, project managers, and administrators to effectively manage user access to crucial collaboration solutions across the healthcare enterprise," stated Mike Detjen, Chief Operating Officer at Mobile Heartbeat. "Our goal is to enable interoperability and provide care teams with the necessary tools to deliver exceptional patient care."

The integration of Akkadian Provisioning Manager with MH-CURE is already successfully deployed in one of the largest healthcare networks in the American Southwest.

"We are delighted to collaborate with Mobile Heartbeat. With Akkadian Provisioning Manager already adopted by 50% of the top hospitals in the U.S., we anticipate numerous joint customers benefiting from this technology partnership," added Tom Bamert, Chief Product Officer at Akkadian Labs.
