The groundbreaking ceremony for a new four-story, 100,000 square-foot medical office building has taken place, signaling the start of its construction. The project is expected to be completed and ready for operation by the summer of 2024.
PMB, a leading healthcare real estate developer, and Sutter Health have recently broken ground on an innovative 100,000 square-foot medical office building in Roseville, CA. Located at 7 Medical Plaza Drive on the Sutter Roseville Medical Center campus, this four-story facility will house the Graduate Medical Education Program, providing training and education for future physicians to support Sutter Health's system. Additionally, the building will be occupied by the Sutter Valley Medical Foundation, offering specialized services including cardiovascular, bariatric, dermatology, MOHS, rheumatology, and endocrinology.
