AMI, Inspira Health, and Regional Diagnostic Imaging (RDI) have come together in a joint venture agreement that will involve several outpatient locations in South Jersey. The agreement includes a partnership at nine existing imaging centers: three AMI locations (Upper Deerfield, Vineland, and AMI Vascular Institute - Vineland), and six Inspira locations (Sicklerville, Tomlin Station - Mullica Hill, Glassboro, Women's Imaging Center Vineland, Delsea - Vineland, and Woolwich Township). These locations will be rebranded as AMI at Inspira Health.
Dr. David Levi, CEO of AMI, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, "This collaboration allows us to expand our services into Gloucester and Camden counties with a trusted partner that has a strong presence in these communities. It also enables us to offer a wider range of imaging and vascular services to our patients."
Amy Mansue, president and CEO of Inspira Health, emphasized the advantages of the joint venture. Commencing on June 12, 2023, the joint venture agreement involving AMI, Inspira Health, and RDI has officially taken effect. Patients who have existing appointments at any of the mentioned locations will encounter no alterations to their scheduled date or time. The implementation of this joint venture will ensure a smooth transition for patients, guaranteeing uninterrupted care and maintaining the integrity of their appointment schedules.
